Mary, Queen of Scots Exhibition

Design of summer exhibition at National Museum of Scotland, Edinburgh. The blockbuster exhibition is the largest ever staged on the life of the iconic queen, and  received rave reviews from the critics.

The exhibition brought together a fascinating collection of paintings, jewellery, furniture, maps and documents and included a specially commissioned animation, based on forensic analysis, showing how Mary may have looked during her time in Scotland.

National Glass Centre, Sunderland

Interpretive planning and design of major HLF-funded project for the award-winning National Glass Centre. Our work included the design of temporary galleries, learning spaces and a dedicated multimedia gallery exploring Sunderland’s place in the history of glassmaking.

We were also responsible for the design of signage throughout the building and across the wider site.

From small-scale to multi-million pound projects, we bring creativity and imagination to each. We pride ourselves on the integrity of our work and our ability to create meaningful and memorable experiences.

Our starting point is listening to our clients and understanding their markets. To this we bring our interpretive planning and design skills, taking projects from feasibility to handover.
